My day job is Product Owner in Document Delivery at ING, working with a team that provides digital documents to millions of customers. Over the years I have grown from developer into leadership roles. What matters to me is that technology serves people and that a team enjoys working together. I have kept the technical depth in software architecture, and I build iOS apps on the side.

Central system in the bank's IT that provides digital documents to millions of customers.
Responsible for delivering central customer documents, team building, change management.
Technical Product Owner
Workflow engine for the processes around the grid development plan (NEP), the legally mandated expansion planning for Germany's power grid.
Established a cloud-native architecture, restructured cross-department collaboration, introduced agile delivery.
IT Project Lead
High-performance computing cluster for simulating load flows. It is the computing basis for grid calculations in the energy transition.
Developed the cluster further (based on Forschungszentrum Jülich), set up an agile project structure, managed external vendors.
Lead Developer & internal Product Owner
Digitizing market communication for Germany's statutory energy levies (EEG, KWKG, StromPBG).
Built the platform for legally required data submissions, established its UI/UX as a standard, introduced a hexagonal architecture.
